Hi,
The logs for this item show that there were no files uploaded for it. This common error usually happens when you FTP your files to the wrong directory. They'll only show up if you FTP them to the item's directory - if you FTP them anywhere else, they automatically get removed from the system.
If you'd like to add files to this item, go to its details page and:
* Click the "Edit item" link in the lower left box
* Click the "Item manager" link at the top of the page
* Click the "checkout" button
* Follow the instructions to upload new files and check item back in
* Wait about 20-30 minutes for new files to show up for your item.
